Mistral is reportedly raising ~€3bn at a ~€20bn valuation, nearly double its prior round.
What happened. Per mid-June reporting, Mistral is in talks to raise around €3bn at a valuation near €20bn — roughly double its previous round of about €11.7bn, which was led by chip-equipment giant ASML.
The fundamentals. Reported ARR crossed $400m in early 2026, with a stated goal of over $1bn by year end — strong growth, though the valuation prices in much more (attribute, don't assert).
